1. About us

This website is operated by SBG Trading Ltd, trading as Flexible Financing. We act as an introducer, connecting businesses in the retail and ecommerce sectors with specialist finance providers and credit brokers.

We are not a lender and do not provide regulated financial advice. We do not make lending decisions. All funding products are provided by third-party lenders and arranged through our appointed broker partners.

2. Our service

Our service consists of:

• Assessing your funding requirements based on information you provide
• Introducing you to one or more finance providers or broker partners who may be able to assist
• Facilitating communication between you and those providers

We do not guarantee that an introduction will result in a funding offer, nor that any offer made will be suitable for your needs. You should always take independent advice before entering into any financial agreement.

3. Our fees

We do not charge you, the client, any upfront fees for our introduction service. We may receive a referral fee or commission from lenders or broker partners upon the successful completion of a transaction. The existence of such fees will not affect the terms offered to you by any lender.

4. Your responsibilities

By submitting an enquiry through this website, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to act on behalf of the business named in your enquiry
• The information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading
• You understand that this is an introduction service only and not financial advice
• You will read and understand all terms offered by any lender before entering into an agreement
• You are a UK-based business seeking finance for commercial purposes

5. Nature of products

The products we introduce are for business purposes only and are not regulated consumer credit agreements, except where expressly stated. In particular:

• Structured business loans are non-regulated commercial loans. Your assets may be at risk if you do not keep up with repayments.
• Merchant cash advances are not regulated credit agreements. Repayment is linked to future card sales or marketplace settlements.
• Flexible credit facilities are short-term commercial credit products. The full drawn amount is typically repayable at the end of the agreed term.

6. No advice

Nothing on this website or communicated by us constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. We strongly recommend that you seek independent professional advice before entering into any financial commitment. All lending decisions are made by the relevant lender, not by us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBG Trading Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from any funding arrangement entered into following an introduction made by us. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any lender or broker partner.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance at simon@flexiblefinancing.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 8 weeks.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
